Parking
Parking access at Wateridge is controlled by automated gates at Slauson Avenue (to the south) and Fairfax Avenue (to the east). Visitors can pull a ticket or use a parking access card to enter the parking areas. In order to exit, users must either pay the posted rates with a credit card or use an active parking access card.
AULA students, faculty, and staff are required to park exclusively in the 5150 parking lot, in unreserved spaces. Electric car chargers are available on Level 3 of the parking lot.
Parking access cards allow users to enter and exit Wateridge freely and in an unlimited fashion. To obtain a parking access card, users may fill out a form at the AULA Campus Services Center. Find a link the Student Parking Access Card form below.
Please note: Students are subject to a parking fee in exchange for a parking access card. The parking fee is being reinstituted for Fall 2025 quarter and beyond. The quarterly fee is $100, which is a negotiated discount when compared to the hourly rate ($6) and the daily maximum ($15). Students who come to campus for short-term residencies will be able to opt in to a separate fee.
