Understanding FERPA:
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. The law applies to all schools that receive funds under an applicable program of the U.S. Department of Education.
You may complete this form if you would like to request to have a third-party access to your selected educational records. Please provide first and last name, relation to you, email address and/or phone number.
Authorization is effective the date the form is submitted. Authorization is valid until revoked. You may revoke the right to access by submitting an official statement to the Registrar's Office via your Antioch.edu email account.
