First we decided to draft the story in a group of 2, then 1, then 3, then 2, then 3, then 2 and that was final. When we drafted we went through multiple ideas but my partner, Tanin, made a google slide which we then settled on. We are planning on reading this to kindergartners. Here is the final result:

1. Project Description and Learning Targets:
Long Term Learning Target: I can use multiple literary devices to publish a children's story portraying human migration. These assignments connect to our standard that "Connects geography, culture, economics, technology to show global interconnectedness."
2. Storyboard and description. You need a photo along with your brainstorming process. Include your reflection on these three literary components:
Character: I created a character that demonstrates the trait respect by having it for himself .
Setting: My setting is based on the real world place/country/city of Ohio because its funny.
Conflict & Resolution: My characters main conflict is a food shortage and they solve this problem by moving.
3. The literary devices I used for my target audience of kindergartners (Example: 3rd graders) were uh and um.
4. Reflection questions (below) with complete answers for 20 points.
