To contribute to reducing inequality (SDG 10), we can take several actions, both individually and collectively:
At the individual level:
Promote equality:
Support policies that promote gender equality, the inclusion of people with disabilities, and the defense of the rights of marginalized groups.
Consume responsibly:
Choose products and services that promote fair labor and sustainable development, avoiding practices that generate inequalities.
Support non-profit organizations:
Collaborate with NGOs working for equality and inclusion, whether through donations, volunteering, or disseminating their campaigns.
At a collective level:
Fight against discrimination:
Denounce any form of discrimination and promote a culture of respect and tolerance.
Defend workers' rights:
Demand fair wages, decent working conditions, and the elimination of discrimination in the workplace.
Promote quality education:
Support policies that guarantee access to quality education for all, regardless of their background or economic situation.
Promote international cooperation:
Support initiatives that foster cooperation between countries to reduce global inequality.
Participate in politics:
Demand that governments implement policies that reduce inequality and promote social justice.
