The goal is to give you as many ideas as possible to keep you MOVING!
I am free to meet with any of you individually if you need workouts to keep you active and motivated! Also get ahold of me if you want me to send you daily workouts that I too am doing

6th-8th ideas:
April 6-8th: Fitnessgram (email your results if you have them!)

May 4-8: Get outside and SPRINT this week! Do not go for a run or jog--Sprint for short periods of time.
~Complete 10 total 40 yard sprints and 10 total 100 yard sprints. Time yourself or race against a sibling or friend.
May 11-15: Baseball/Softball focus this week. Play catch, throw, and hit. Use a softer ball if you do not have a glove, use a stick if you do not have a bat. Be creative! Play a game if you are able too.
