Growth Mindset

As professionals in the educational school system, it is of utmost importance that we develop a growth mindset. The students are our future, and to serve them effectively so that they are prepared for college and career readiness, educators must be able and willing to adapt to changes. Sometimes that means we have to take a look at ourselves and face constructive criticism to be able to see where we need to grow professionally.
