Please use your full Anna ISD email address to login to Schoology.

Our registration system syncs with Schoology every night. Once your child's records have been entered into our system, their Schoology account will automatically be created during the overnight sync.

If not all your children are showing in the drop down in the top right hand corner, this probably means that there is a missing link between your children in our student information system. You can email your child's English/Reading teacher to request a Parent Access Code, or you can submit a request to Mindi Vandagriff, Coordinator of Professional & Digital Learning, mindi.vandagriff@annaisd.org

Yes, each parent can have a separate account as long as each parent has a different contact email address. If parents choose to share an account using one email address and password, that works too.

Parent Portal is the official grade book of Anna ISD.

In some classes, teachers may choose to take advantage of Schoology's auto-grading feature, and those grades can be viewed in Schoology for certain assignments, however ALL assignments will always be in Parent Portal. There should not be a case where you can see a class average in Schoology-- only certain assignment grades (i.e., a test or quiz that was completed in Schoology or a Google Doc that was assigned in Schoology).
