1. All Makerspace orders financial transactions are strictly for Anna ISD co-curriculuar, extra-curricular, or curricular purposes. All Anna ISD co-curriculuar, extra-curricular, or curricular have been allocated funds for doing such.
*NOTE: In the event the requester is lacking funds, they need to do the following:
Ask the appraiser to have access to funds.
If no funds available, start a Club activity fund and fund said requests.
At this time(year 2020-21), we will not take teacher money. (i.e.-any personal money for co-curriculuar, extra-curricular, or curricular requests.)
2. If you have your own design for something an MTA Staff member will reach out to you
3. If you'd like to request a professional design, you will need to fill out the Printing Request Form and select MTA desgine and we will email you information.
4. If you'd like for the MTA Staff, to print your order, you must place the order 3 weeks prior to needing your print job. Keep in mind that students are learning through this process and may have multiple orders they are fulfilling.
1. Fill out the form.
2. A Makerspace technology assistant receives your request and will email you a quote. Once you confirm that you are good with the quote, you will receive an order request approval email.
3. The approved order is pushed out to MTA Staff who will begin working on your order or will set up a consultation with you.
4. After 3 week turnaround time, your order will be delivered to you.
5. Transfer of funds from your organizational account will be transferred into Makerspace 461 account.
