The IB states schools need to develop a learning environment that is sustained by effective structures, organizational practice and resources. In order to support schools, the IB has designed a set of Standards, practices and programme specifications that support this. In line with this, our own definition of High Quality learning and teaching we state;
To support this, we have created a learning environment rubric to guide this process and to feedforward. The different components of the rubric below, have been designed to guide and support the development of rich learning environments that are aligned with our vision for High quality learning and teaching.
