GDs: Planning and preparation, scaffolding of the process through the planning document shared by the PYP coordinator.
Mentors: Members of the school community with a particular interest or expertise related to the student's project. Support research through regular meetings. Attend the PYPx to support the G4 student. (See below for more information)
HoY role: Leading team in G4 planning meetings, ensuring compliance with regards to documentation and to support the team with implementation of the PYPx.
Academic Deputy Head: Working with HoY and PYP Coordinator in documenting the process of PYPx, logistical planning responsibility (spaces, times, diplomas, decorations, communications department liaison, etc.)
PYP Coordinator: Overall strategic plan of the PYPx. Oversight of documentation and evidence of the PYPx.
Specialists: Currently in discussion about their specific roles in the PYPx.
Parents: Support and take an active interest in the learning of the student.
