Quick Tips
Copy (CTRL+C) and Paste (CTRL + V) is used to copy and paste text or pictures.
It is quicker to Copy and Paste the complete block of text that you are using and then use the placeholders for the answers. Highlight the words or sentences that you want to use as answer choices and then click on add placeholder.
When adding placeholders if your paragraph gets separated out and it looks like a new paragraph, go to your tool bar and choose justify.
If questions have more than one answer choice, make sure to address on the answer key under "Students can select..."
If a diagram has words and you have students with oral accommodations you will need to right click the picture, and go to "image properties." Next, go to the "Alternative text" block and delete what is in the box. Either type in or copy and paste what will need to be read from the image.
