I currently work at the Mandala Den and do body tuning along with ear seeding, I am earning my Biofield Tuning certificate and should be ready to take appointments in Feb 2026. Josh and I also are hosting Ariel sound baths at LionHeart Yoga 2x a month. We also will do private sound baths, company retreats, and sunset beach nights.
Most of you know my husband’s and my mental health and mindfulness journey. Through Wounded Warrior and Operation Red Wing, we were first introduced to yoga and sound baths—and they completely changed our lives. Both of us have struggled with PTSD and anxiety, and these practices brought us deep relaxation, inner peace, and a way to heal.
Over the years, I’ve experienced many different sound baths and felt the powerful resonance they create. Because of the incredible impact it had on both Josh and me, I knew I wanted to share this same experience with friends and family. I became certified in sound healing with tuning forks and crystal bowls, and I now offer sound baths with singing bowls as well as personalized tuning sessions.
Seeing the transformation, I’ve continued my studies—I’m currently working on certifications in Ear Seeding and Iridology, and this September I’ll begin Biofield training to expand the services I can offer.
Josh and I are both excited to share this mindfulness journey with our community. In fact, in May 2025, he officially became a certified yoga instructor! You can join his classes through the Mandala Den on the Vagaro app (available until October 1st), or catch him in person on Tuesdays at 10 AM at Gym 28.
We’re so grateful for the path that brought us here, and we look forward to sharing these healing practices with you. ✨.

Ear seeding is a form of auriculotherapy, based on the idea that the ear is a microsystem of the body. Tiny seeds or crystals are placed on specific points of the ear with adhesive to gently stimulate relaxation, balance energy, and support areas such as stress, sleep, digestion, or pain. It’s a simple, non-invasive way to promote well-being and can be used alongside sound therapy for deeper harmony.
Single Session is $45
Wellness Package-$123 (4 sessions)

Iridology is the study of the iris, the colored part of the eye, as a window into overall health and wellness. Each part of the iris is thought to reflect different organs and systems in the body. By observing iris patterns, markings, and colors, we can gain gentle insights into areas of strength and areas that may need support. Iridology doesn’t diagnose, but it can be a powerful tool for self-awareness and guiding holistic wellness choices.
**Taking Volunteers currently to complete my training requirements. **

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, food is seen as medicine. Each food has its own energetic qualities — warming, cooling, moistening, or drying — and choosing the right foods helps bring the body back into balance. For example, warming foods like ginger or cinnamon may support circulation and digestion, while cooling foods like cucumber or watermelon can ease heat and inflammation. Instead of focusing only on calories or nutrients, TCM emphasizes eating in tune with the seasons, balancing flavors, and nourishing both body and mind.
