The buses will leave earlier to pick up one of the bus routes.

The bus will go back to a different neighborhood and take more people to the destination.
Step Three

The same amount of people will be at the same place but in a safer way. This also means that instead of picking up kids from 5 different neighborhoods at once, the bus can drive 2 or 3 neighborhoods at once and come back for the other kids after.
If our solution had an app, this is the design we would have chosen for it. The "B" stands for Bus Safety and the app would cover the bus routes in your school district.
