A tool for my classroom

I want my classroom to draw out the creativity in my students and get them to be confident enough in themselves to ask questions and be eager to learn. I believe that a conversation style of teaching can be very beneficial to keeping a class engaged. One problem that I've noticed throughout my many years of school is that so many people are too embarrassed to even ask a question. To fix this I would implement a small website that would be easy to create where I would always have a side panel up on the board while presenting or even during work time. This website would basically just be a chat box for students to ask questions, and to remove the problem of embarrassment, the students would be able to choose whether or not to post the question anonymously. I believe this tool would foster more conversational type of teaching and help students to break through they introversion to the point that they can learn in a optimal setting.
