In order to program, you have to put the access reader in programming mode using the following instructions:

• ENTER the programming mode: * + Master code + #
• EXIT the programming mode: *

Master code (default): 999999

In order to add a RFID card, card reader has to be in programming mode!

• Enter programming mode: * + Master code + #
• Exit programming mode: *

ADD a card: * + Master code + #+ 1 + Read card + #

IMPORTANT: If you add a card user in this way, in case of a lost card, you can not delete lost card from the system because it is necessary to have a card (physically) for deleting from a card reader.

In order to delete a RFID card, card reader has to be in programming mode!

DELETE a card: * + Master code + # + 2 + read card #

In order to add a RFID card, card reader has to be in programming mode!

• Enter programming mode: * + Master code + #
• Exit programming mode: *

ADD a card: * + Master code + # + 1 + ID number + # + read card + #

IMPORTANT: This is a better option to add a card to access reader because if you want to delete it from the system in the case of lost card, you only delete the user ID and the card of this user will no longer work with card reader!

You specify what number would be user ID yourself. On video, the user ID is number 001.

In order to delete a RFID card, card reader has to be in programming mode!

DELETE a card: * + Master code + # + 2 + ID številka + #

IMPORTATNT: The card can be deleted although you don`t have a lost card (physicaly), because when you added the card, you specified the user ID number that you can delete from card reader and thereby disable access of lost card.

PIN code is always added to the selected user ID number!

In order to add a PIN code, card reader has to be in programming mode!

• Enter programming mode: * + Master code + #
• Exit programming mode: *

ADD a PIN user: * + Master code + # + 1 + user ID number + # + PIN code + #

IMPORTANT: User ID number and PIN code you can specify yourself. In the case on the video user ID number is 123 and PIN code is 0852.

In order to delete a PIN code, card reader has to be in programming mode!

• Enter programming mode: * + Master code + #
• Exit programming mode: *

DELETE a PIN user: * + Master code + # + 2 + user ID number + #

IMPORTANT: If you want to delete PIN code, just delete user ID. In the case on the video, user ID number is 123.

CHANGE a PIN code: * + User ID number + # + Old PIN + # + New PIN + # + New PIN + #

If you want the Access reader NDV-KPC to work at the same time with the RFID card and PIN code, it is necessary to change the working mode.

The Access reader NDV-KPC has 3 working modes that differ depending on access restriction:

1. RFID card or PIN code: 3 2 # (default working mode)

2. RFID cards and PIN code: 3 1 #

3. Only RFID cards: 3 0 #

In order to change the working mode, card reader has to be in programming mode!

If you want to have an access with RFID cards AND PIN code, firstly you have to change working mode as shown in the video above.
