I-BEST (Integrated Basic Education and Skills Training) is a nationally recognized workforce development program. Services include Individualized advising and educational/career planning. Program completion in one semester (up to 14 weeks). Industry-recognized Training and/or Certifications. Personal Success Plan. The cost of tuition, fees, books, and even the parking decal are covered. Job placement assistance. Builds skills and habits of mind for college and work success: day classes, Pendleton Campus.
