This is completely optional!  As long as your student has the materials outlined on the 2nd grade supply list, they have everything we need.  We often have generous friends who like to lend a hand in making learning extra fun.  If that's you, here are some items we could use!

Items we can always use:  

• glue sticks

• dry erase markers- we will use these every day in math!

• crayola skinny markers

• papermate pink pearle erasers, cap erasers- we are learning to edit in 2nd

• black felt pens or fine line sharpies (the students love illustrating their writings)

• small 8oz cups (students often forget their water bottle and we don't have a water fountain in the classroom)

• crayons ( a few extra packs for when certain colors get lost)

• Prize Box AKA Dojo Store items (students get positive reward points in class dojo and get to cash them in on Fridays...items range in point value)  - small toys -mechanical pencils -fun erasers -candy 

• construction paper- We  go through this quickly.....on Friday, if students have completed their weekly writing, we often illustrate the writing and mount it to nice construction paper.  We use all colors, but white and black are the most often colors used.  We also use all sizes of construction paper.

• card stock

• colored copy paper

• white copy paper
