Hi Midway Family! I am excited to begin my 25th year in education and 3rd year here at the best school, Midway Elementary.

I am originally from Greenville, SC. My husband and I moved to the Wren Community in 2003. I graduated from USC Upstate with a degree in both Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education. 

I am certified to teach Pre-K through sixth grade. Over the past 25 years, I have had the honor to gain experience in 4k, Kindergarten, children's ministry K-6th, leadership in educational kindergarten programs, and leadership for teacher development in both public and private school settings.   I have grown to develop a love for STEAM integration, and I can't wait to see our 2nd graders grow learning, collaborating, creating, and developing critical thinking skills through engaging and meaningful lessons. 

I have a wonderful husband and three kids who are growing up fast (ages 24, 21, and 18). I am thrilled to work with the wonderful families and educators at Midway Elementary.
