Sundee Holliday, Secretary
Hello there! I am Sundee Holliday! I became the new secretary in March/April 2024. I have been married to my husband Terry, for 12 years. We have one daughter at Turner: Morgan (1st grade - Ms. Drury's class). When I am not working, you can normally find me out in my garden, playing in cemeteries, or storm chasing!
We moved here from the Alabama/Georgia state line in 2022. You will find that we are big Alabama Roll Tide fans! We love Lawrenceburg and Robert B. Turner! Go Titans! And oh, Roll Tide!
What do our bylaws require?
Duties of the Secretary include (but will be further detailed in our Standing Rules):
Prepare sign-in sheets to record attendance at all meetings.
Take meeting notes (minutes) at Executive Board and general meetings.
Read previous minutes at each general meeting.
Type minutes and share with the Executive Board promptly after each meeting.
Support the other Officers in maintaining the PTO’s Official Record Book.
Support communications whenever needed.
