February 4 - On the Laws of Life XVII
People well trained in a trade or profession, or highly proficient in a line of work or task have mastered certain laws and demonstrate them continually in fulfilling their duties. Likewise, students of life and mysticism need to understand and apply a wide range of laws and principles in accomplishing the full range of duties and creative expression for their mission in life and all the lines of service that they are called to do in growing and maturing daily. Join Hugh McCague as we continue to explore Rosicrucian laws and principles, and increasingly realize the deeper meaning, richness, and fullness of life that is always available to us. February 11 - The Rose of the Inner Sanctuary - A Hermetic Study of the Mystical Heart
Join Marie Jo Toussaint in exploring the heart as both the biological epicenter of human life and the timeless symbol of humanity’s deepest spiritual aspirations. Beginning with its indispensable role within the physical body, the presentation will expand into a comparative study of the heart as a mystical archetype across the world’s sacred traditions. This approach will reveal a universal pattern: the heart is not merely a physical organ but the primordial temple wherein the human and the Divine converge; an inner temple that is continually inviting us to journey into its depths to attune with the source of life for divine knowledge and guidance as well as spiritual regeneration. February 18 - God of our Heart, God of our Realization
A focal point of the Rosicrucian teachings is mysticism, the conscious union of the self with the Divine or God. The centrality of mysticism to our Order is reflected in the very name of our Order, Ancient Mystical Order Rosae Crucis. An evolving personal conception and realization of the Divine is part of the spiritual journey of Rosicrucian students, reflected in the Rosicrucian invocation, “God of our Heart, God or our Realization.” During this teleconference, Julian Johnson will lead us in exploring the dominant conceptions of the Divine which are presented in the earliest monographs of the Rosicrucian studies, in addition to the Rosicrucian conception of the Divine or Absolute. We will also look at how modern neuroscience surprisingly reveals connections between our conceptions of God and our body and mind. We look forward to seeing you at this event!
February 25 - On the Laws of Life XVIII: "Thou shalt ask!"
In the August 1980 50th Golden Anniversary Issue of the Rosicrucian Forum, there is an article entitled “Living the Faith” by Past Imperator H. Spencer Lewis. We will follow up on that remarkable and telling article that includes an exposition of an important law of the Cosmic: “Thou shalt ask!” Join Hugh McCague as we continue to explore Rosicrucian laws and principles and their creative expression and application for the mastery of life, harmonious living, and service.
