Organization of Martinist Order work is being delayed because of the requirement for six non-Rosicrucian members not being able to be fulfilled.
Many sons and daughters of chapter members (and chapter members themselves) are being released from the military and returning home.
A report on the Rose Croix University session in San Jose was provided to the membership. Personal encounters with the Imperator, Ralph Lewis, and his wife, and the Grand Master Thor Kilmaleto were reported upon. Instructors were noted by name including Cecil Poole (Supreme Secretary), Gilbert Holloway (Dean RCU), Frances Vejtasa (Digest editor), Earl Lewis, Erwin Watermeyer, Dr. Talley, and Frater McCullough.
Oct. 4 – A Chapter initiation was held for new chapter members.
Oct. 11 – Special lecture at the Chapter quarters by Dr. B. Sa-Hiuhushu, Ph. D. D. on “The American Indian and American Indian Mysticism”
Oct. 18 – 19 – The annual assembly (convention) was held. The program consisted of book readings, a “mystical program”, convocations, a film presentation, tour of the city, mystical experiments, a panel discussion, and, of course, a banquet.
In December the Chapter began conducting Neophyte review classes on Tuesday evenings during the month.
Dec. 6 – A Colombe installation was held for Mary Ellen Peck.
Dec 13 – The annual Christmas Party and bazaar was held.

Dec. 5 – An open meeting entitled “The Laboratory of Self” was held conducted by Soror Barbara Cook followed by the film “Domain of Destiny”
Dec. 10 – A Chapter initiation was held
Dec. 18 – The Annual Christmas Party was held at the Woodhull’s home with a catered dinner and an exchange of gifts.

Held ongoing Artisan classes on the fourth Saturday of each month with Artisan Master Farrell North
TMO Master T. Lynn Signor conducting ongoing TMO classes
Lodge convocations are held at 8:00 pm on the first two Friday’s of the month with a Pronaos convocation held on the third Friday. A neophyte degree forum is conducted during the Lodge convocation and after the Pronaos convocation.
Junior Convocations are held every second Friday at 8:00 pm for the children of members
11 Oct. – An initiation for new Lodge members was conducted.
15 Oct. – Public meeting was held conducted by Frater Farrell North – the topic was “Navigating the Symbols of Dreamspace”
26 Oct. – The fourth degree initiation was conducted
26 Oct. – A Halloween party was held at the Lodge quarter.
8 Nov. – An initiation for new Lodge members was conducted.
19 Nov. – Public meeting was held conducted by Frater Farrell North – the topic was “The Nature and Power of Ritual.”
6 Dec. – An initiation for new Lodge members was conducted.
17 Dec. – Public meeting was held conducted by Frater Farrell North – the topic was “Compassion and the Winter Solstice.”
20 Dec. – The annual Candle Lighting Ceremony was conducted.
21 Dec. – A Holiday party was held at the Fountains Clubhouse. It was a potluck affair with roasted turkey being provided. A gift exchange took place after the dinner.
