Fratres and Sorores,
July brings us the major event of the year in Colorado. The Colorado Regional Convention is taking place at the Ramada Plaza in Northglen with the theme: "The Great Work." We are pleased and honored to have Grand Master, Julie Scott, participating. This will be an opportunity to get acquainted with her in a little more intimate setting than the usual large Rosicrucian events. We will also have a chance to hear from some of our own talented Colorado members.
Another benefit will be a chance to participate in the inspiring chapter mystical convocation which we are not often privileged to experience here in Colorado. There will also be a Martinist conventicle for qualified Martinists. Don't miss this opportunity to make new acquaintances, and spend some time with like-minded people in this region, as well as with visitors from surrounding areas.
This will be a memorable experience of a few days spent with members we already know as well as with new acquaintances. Except for the convocation and conventicle, all events are open to non-members, so bring your interested family and friends.

In our Rosicrucian journey we know that change is part of this great adventure as Fratres and Sorors of The Rosy Cross. Affiliated bodies of AMORC present us with powerful paths of service as we pursue our individual walks to THE LIGHT.
Frater Joe Ploplys joined with our Colorado Rosicrucian community in the early years of this millennia and he is now moving into a new future that takes him away from us.
Frater Joe was diligent with work on the Rocky Mountain Pronaos Building Committee. He served as Archivist and Master for that group, conducted a Ninth Degree Forum as well as providing significant programs for Mystical Weekends and Retreats. Since the new birth of Mountain Rose Pronaos in 2011, Frater Joe has contributed profoundly to the beauty of our Temple in his work on the Temple Decoration Committee. He has also given us mental and spiritual leadership as Master of the Sixth, Seventh, Eighth and Neophyte Forums.
