Camp Fitch is located in North Springfield, PA and on 455 acres of land along the shores of Lake Erie. It is an outdoor education program designed to embrace learning activities that deal directly with natural resources and life situations that are found in the outdoor setting. The site includes eight fully winterized lodges each with toilets and shower facilities within. Check out this map to see Camp Fitch: Map
Students will be divided into coed groups of 12-15 students for activity rotations, and chaperones will navigate the rotations with their group. Each activity will be taught by either a camp counselor or one of Nord's classroom teachers.
Check out these videos to get an idea of some of the activities that your child will experience at camp. The first video shows an Amherst camp experience from several years ago. The second video was created by Camp Fitch and mainly focuses on their summer program.
