Each presentation is allocated a maximum of 20 minutes, including both the oral presentation and the discussion period. Speakers are kindly requested to adhere strictly to the assigned time in order to ensure the smooth progression of the program. As the schedule is fully allocated, it is essential to conclude within the designated time so that subsequent presenters may begin promptly.
Presentations may be delivered using a USB flash drive. Speakers are responsible for ensuring that their files have been scanned for viruses prior to arrival. All presenters are required to meet their session chair in the designated session room at least 10 minutes before the session begins to upload their presentation file (PowerPoint or PDF format) to the conference computer.
As a precautionary measure, presenters are strongly encouraged to email a copy of their presentation to their personal account. In the event that files cannot be accessed from a flash drive, they may then be downloaded directly from email.
Each session room will be equipped with an LCD projector, projection screen, pointing device, microphone, and a laptop with standard presentation software, including Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Reader. Presenters are responsible for ensuring that their files are fully compatible with commonly used operating systems and presentation software. The use of standard fonts and symbols is strongly recommended to avoid formatting issues.
If presenters intend to use their own laptop, they must test the connection and confirm compatibility with the projection system prior to the beginning of the session.
For presentations containing embedded video or multimedia content, please ensure that all media files are properly formatted and fully integrated into the main presentation file to prevent playback issues.
