Dr. Guillermo Huerta Cuellar holds a Physics Engineer degree from the Faculty of Sciences (2002) and a Master in Applied Sciences degree from the Optical Communications Research Institute (IICO) at the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí, in 2004. Afterward, he received a Ph.D. degree from the Center for Optics Research (CIO), León, Guanajuato, Mexico, in 2009. Since 2010, he has been working as a full-time professor at the Exact Sciences and Technology Department in Centro Universitario de los Lagos, University of Guadalajara. He has been Visiting Researcher in the department of Applied Mathematics at Instituto Potosino de Investigación Cientifica y Tecnológica, San Luis Potosí, México (2012-2014, 2019-2020), in Department of Theory of Oscillations and Automatic Control, Faculty of Radiophysics, Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod, Russia (2016), and a sabbatical stay in the Department of Physics and Environmental Science at St. Mary's University, San Antonio, TX, US (2018-2019). He has edited 3 books and 7 works published in book chapters, international journals, and conferences, and more than 70 high-impact publications. He is a member of the National System for Researches level 3. He participates as an Academic Editor in different high-impact journals. He has participated as a reviewer in high-impact-factor journals. His research interests include the study, characterization, dynamical behavior, and design of nonlinear dynamical systems as lasers, electronics, and numerical models. Since 2019, he has been one of the organizers of the Meeting for the Dissemination and Research in the Study of Complex Systems and their Applications (EDIESCA, for its meaning in Spanish). In 2023, he, with other Mexican researchers, founded the Mexican Association of Dynamical Systems and Complexity. In July of 2025, he and other researchers launched the Journal of Dynamical Systems and Complexity.

Dr Angelica Moreno is a Research-Professor at the Universidad de Sonora. She studied BSc Mathematics and MSc in Math Education at the Universidad de Sonora, and Doctorate in Math Education at the CINVESTAV. Dr Moreno got research stayings at the Universidad de Camagüey, Cuba, the Universidad de Ciencias Medicas, Cuba and the Université París Diderot, France. Se has profesional experience in research on social construction of Mathematical knowledgement, specifically on the thinking development and variational language, and the profesional development of math teachers. Highlights to her role as tutor and desginer of diverse projects of profesional development in covenant with the Secretariat of Public Education, and public universities around the country. As well, leader of academic projects of developing mathematical thought in young with mathematical skills. Her distinctions include the membership to the National System of Researchers. She has published high roughness peer review journals as it is ZDM Mathematics Education and Educational profiles. Dr Moreno contributes regularly to conferences in the field, as it is the International Congress on Mathematical Education, Congress of the European Society for Research in Mathematics Education and the Reunion Latinoamericana en Matematica Educativa.

Dr. Anuraj Singh is an Associate Professor in the Department of Engineering Sciences at ABV–Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management (IIITM), Gwalior, India. Her research specializes in mathematical modeling in ecology and epidemiology, with a focus on delay differential equations and dynamical systems. Dr. Singh has made notable contributions to the study of species interactions, eco-epidemiological dynamics, and pest management. She has published widely in leading international journals and has been the recipient of several prestigious honors, including the NBHM Postdoctoral Fellowship and the ABV-Young Faculty Award. Her current research explores the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning in advanced epidemiological modeling, particularly emphasizing socioeconomic impacts. In addition to her academic pursuits, Dr. Singh actively contributes to institutional development through various administrative and national-level initiatives.

Cesar Cruz-Hernandez received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from CINVESTAV, Mexico. He is with Scientific Research and Advanced Studies Center of Ensenada (CICESE), Mexico. He was a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Twente in the Netherlands with Prof. Henk Nijmeijer. His research interests include multimode oscillations of coupled oscillators; chaotic systems analysis and cryptography; social, biological, and neural networks; synchronization and control of complex dynamical systems, and some practical applications: chaotic encryption for secure communications and biometric systems, and control of collective behavior in mobile robots: exploration and recognition in inhospitable environments; search, rescue, and collective transport with unmanned vehicles. Co-author of numerous articles, book chapters, and plenary conferences. He has contributed to the development of human resources: undergraduate, master, and doctoral students. He has directed numerous research projects, including the formation of research groups. Editorial member of several journals and book series, guest editor of special issues. Member of the Evaluation Committees for the Science and Technology Awards of the state of Chihuahua. Member of the Mexican Academy of Sciences. President of the Mexican Association of Automatic Control (2020-2021).
