If you would like to support us, we are accepting pad and tampon donations in the AMS student services office. We will be taking donations year round, and are always in need of more donations!

You can drop off donations of physical products at the student services office in Ames Middle School. You will find us on 3915 Mortensen Rd. Ames IA, 50014.

We also take donations online! You can donate money through our Venmo.

Something as simple as a facebook post or mentioning us on your snapchat story can have a tremendous effect on getting the word out there! The more people know about The Pad Program, the more we can help.
Tell family members and friends about us
Friends, parents, grandparents, siblings... anyone can donate! Telling friends and family about our program can help inform others about the importance of having free period products in school.
Encourage Iowa schools and politicians to prioritize making period products free
This may be by sending an email, a letter, or making a phone call. There are several states that require schools to supply free period products in female and gender neutral bathrooms- you can support us by showing your support for Iowa passing a similar law.
