You'll be helping to stock & sell concessions throughout the event day. There are various jobs which you may be assigned & your role might change many times throughout your shift. There will be the main concession line through the school cafeteria & a smaller, drink & snack only line at the Athletic Concession booth.

You run the room. As a liaison between performers & judges, you keep the day moving in an organized and enjoyable manner. In addition to the printed materials that will be made available for you on contest day, we've included them here. Please review them prior to contest & thank you so much for your help!

There are a few specific roles for you throughout the day, such as escorting judges to their centers or delivering ballots from centers to the Media Center for tabulation.

Overall, though, you'll be assigned jobs as needed, whether to cover a job that springs up or needs done to an absence. You're the last line of defense between a great contest and a disaster!
