Supplies Needed

Feel free to contact us with any questions concerning instrument and supply purchases! 

Please understand that the specific brands we recommend have proven to be the most reliable and best sounding for the students. We strongly encourage you to support our local music stores Rieman Music in downtown Ames and Sleister Music located in Ankeny.  Both stores offer rental plans and a special offer for the supplies needed!  These stores also offer repair as needed! They are an excellent resource for our community!

School Instrument Rentals:

French Horn, Euphonium/Baritone, and Tuba are rented through the school and do not need to be purchased by the student.

Flute, Clarinet, Trumpet and Trombone are available to rent from the school as needed. 

The school does not rent alto sax or percussion instruments.
