All travelers must submit a self-declaration form on the online Air Suvidha portal (https://www.newdelhiairport.in/airsuvidha/apho-registration) before scheduled travel.

You will need to upload your passport copy, RTPCR Test Report with a QR code and/or a double vaccination certificate (The maximum upload size is 1MB for each document).
