Starting Sessions

All sessions are a maximum of 50 minutes long. When a session is booked through OnceHub, it will automatically be added to your Google calendar with a Google Meet Link. When it’s time to start the meeting, all you have to do is click “Join with Google Meet.” You will need to make sure you're looking via your correct Google account, or you will not see the meeting link. 

If it is your first session with this client, ask for verbal consent when the meeting starts. If the client hasn’t completed their Consent Form in advance, please ask them to do so by clicking this link.

Repeat sessions do not need to provide consent after the first session.

Clinician Notes:

After each session, please complete a Clinical Note. When prompted for the client’s Booking ID, you can find it in the session confirmation email from OnceHub. The account is listed in your booking page name, also in the confirmation email. We ask that you submit these notes within 24 hours.
