A Ministry Recruitment Counselor exists to encourage and equip you by providing support and resources, so you can confidently help others recognize their gifts and consider how God might use them. We live in a broken world and desperately need workers to share the message of Jesus.
Parents play an important role in how their children see their future. Through our words and actions, we are examples. You can think intentionally about encouraging your children to consider serving God in full-time ministry. Help them see it as a meaningful and joyful way to live their faith.

Encouraging a child doesn’t mean pressure. It means noticing gifts, telling them, and looking for opportunities to talk about it. We want each child to understand how God has uniquely gifted them and consider the ways these gifts might be used.
