Registration Process

2024-25 Registration is open!!

Enrollment is on a first-registered first-enrolled basis.
(First semester course registration is closed, including full-year courses. But, students may still register for courses that start in the second semester. See Course Offerings link below.)

Registrations/additions are accepted up to two weeks into the semester, but it is important to complete the registration process as soon as possible to allow time for registration review, enrollment, account creation, online orientation, and obtaining needed course materials.  

AGVA Registration Procedure 2024-25 (for Part-time and New Full-time AGVA students)
(Returning Full-time AGVA students will be sent email instructions bypassing the Registration Procedure and jumping to the Enrollment process.)

If you need to add or delete a course selection after completing the Registration or Enrollment process, please contact Dr. Grunwald at james.grunwald@amazinggraceva.org, and he will make the change for you. 

Registration Fee: The admissions application process is complete once the $45 (part-time student) or $250 (full-time student) registration/enrollment fee has been received. (Fee increases to $60 for part-time students after Aug. 5.) (Please note that TADS charges a convenience fee for ACH and credit card payments, adds a $50 late fee if invoice payments are not made within the 5-day grace period, and a $50 fee for each payment that a bank returns.)

Tuition payment: During the Registration process, AGVA part-time student parents, if you indicated that you should be invoiced for the AGVA course tuition, then AGVA will create an invoice for you to pay directly through your AGVA TADS account for the first semester about one week after the semester begins.  (Please note that TADS charges a convenience fee for ACH and credit card payments, adds on a $50 late fee if invoice payments are not made within the 5-day grace period, and a $50 fee for each payment that a bank returns.) Second semester course tuition will be invoiced in early January.

AGVA part-time students, if your school is paying tuition: AGVA will send additional information to your school for bulk tuition payment about two weeks after the semester begins.
