Violeta Petkovic was born in Sombor (Serbia). She graduated on the Faculty of Pedagogy in Sombor and obtained academic title as a master of methodical and didactic science in the field of methodology of teaching Serbian language and literature.She defended doctoral dissertation at the University of Novi Sad at the Association of the Center for Interdisciplinary and Multidisciplinary Studies and Research, and thus gained the title of Doctor of Science from the interdisciplinary field of pedagogy and sociology.She was appointed Scientific Research Associate in the field of social sciences-pedagogy at the Institute for Criminological and Sociological Research, Belgrade.Since 2004, she has been employed at the Pedagogical Institute of Vojvodina, Novi Sad, as an advisor for professional development and promotion.
She is editor, as well as a member of the scientific organizing committee of the conference and proceedings of Intercultural Education in Education organized by the Pedagogical Institute of Vojvodina with partner institutions.
She is the author of numerous scientific and expert papers.

Naemi Zoe Keuler was born in Neuss/Rhine and studied Roman and German philology and Musicology. After numerous internships and assistant positions in fields such as dramaturgy anddirecting, she worked as a freelance director until the “Kulturkabinett” in Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt caught her attention.She became involved with the socio-cultural centre in 2007, conducting theatre projects with children and adolescents and assuming responsibility for press and public relations matters. From May 2009 through January 2016, she was artistic and administrative director of the “Kulturkabinett”.Since 2006, Naemi Zoe Keuler has been a volunteer in various capacities for the Association for Amateur Theatre in the Federal State of Baden-Württemberg (LABW) and became its President(unpaid) in October 2013. Boasting 630 member groups, LABW is one of the largest umbrellaassociations in Germany. Furthermore, Naemi Zoe Keuler participates in the interdisciplinarydialogue forum “Cultural Policy of the Future”, initiated by the Ministry of Science, Research and Artsof the Federal State of Baden-Württemberg, in local cultural policy panels and in internationalnetworks.Since February 2016, she has been the administrative director of LABW. Her responsibilities include consulting member groups, subsidies, fund raising, and cultural policy. In addition, she administersseveral of the Association’s larger initiatives and projects.

Sunčica Milosavljević, PhD, is a theatre director with international experience in devised and applied theatre, interdisciplinary research and cultural management.
A graduate and postgraduate from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade, with academic background also in humanities and the European Diploma in Cultural Project Management, she works as theatre-maker and action researcher with professionals and non-professionals in Serbia and abroad, in public and civic sector.
With the association BAZAART, Sunčica developed several interdisciplinary projects that connect creativity, learning and development, many in the field of teachers’ trainings and non-formal education of the young (Myth as Destiny, IDEAL, ISLANDS). She initiated a platform for development of drama/theatre in education in Serbia: the methodology for Intercultural Learning through Drama, a network of Local Teachers’ Resource Centers (LOTRECs), the annual national Conference, and the edition Dramagogija, first in Serbia dedicated to learning through drama and theater.
Laureate of the UNESCO Aschberg fund for residency at the Darpana Academy of Performing Arts, India. Laureate of the international award „Grozdanin kikot“ for drama pedagogy. Member of the Presidency of the Association of Drama Artists of Serbia.

Kenny McGlashan, Chief Executive of Youth Theatre Arts Scotland
Kenny graduated from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in 2001 with a degree in Contemporary Theatre Practice. He has worked since then all across Scotland and internationally as an actor, director, tutor and arts manager, with a focus on Youth Theatre and Theatre for Young Audiences.
Prior to becoming CEO at Youth Theatre Arts Scotland in 2014, Kenny worked in senior management roles as Associate Director of Scotland’s national Youth Theatre, Education Manager of Catherine Wheels Theatre Company and Development Manager at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Kenny is also on the Board of Imaginate which programmes the Edinburgh International Children’s Festival.
Youth Theatre Arts Scotland (YTAS) is a registered charity and the national support and development organisation for Scotland's youth theatre sector. It provides training, information and advocacy for youth theatre artists, leaders and participants through a combination of events, including:National Youth Theatre festivalsSkills and networking conferences for practitionersTraining programmes for young Leaders and Critics, as well as professional Managers and DirectorsTargeted support and development in regions with limited arts infrastructure and high levels of deprivationContinuous research, support and advocacy for the Youth Theatre sector.
