Board of Directors

This site has been created to provide our 400 North Officers and Directors with an easy way to access information pertaining to the Board of Directors meetings.  We have created a URL that should be easy to remember - www.400northrealtors.com/bod.  Please bookmark this address and feel free to access at any time.  Our goal is to post information as soon as it becomes available so you have ample time to review.

Please remember the BOD Attendance Policy - If you are going to be unable to attend a meeting, please let staff know so they may add you to the agenda as requesting an excused absence. 

• Absence from three (3) regular meetings per calendar year without an excuse deemed valid by the Board of Directors shall be construed as a resignation. Absence from (5) five regular meetings per calendar year with or without an excuse, regardless of the circumstances, shall also be construed as a resignation.
