For a majority of the Continuing Education classes, the 400 North Association utilizes the GAR Partners in Education program. This program allows the Association to offer classes within a fixed expense range that is based on the number of attendees. In order for these classes to be offered, the Association must supply a GAR approved facilitator. If no facilitator is present, then no credit can be given to the attendees.

- Attend a proctored viewing of the GAR Certified Facilitator Training video (REALTOR® Board/Association Staff and Managing Brokers can be “proctors.”)
- Read the Facilitator Training Handout,
- Have the proctor sign the first page of the Facilitator Training Handout, and
- Sign and submit the first page of the Facilitator Training Handout to the Georgia Association of REALTORS®.
