I have to let you know ahead of time...we will be reading and writing all the time in our class time! You will love it though. English/Language Arts is a year-long course for 6th grade students. Students will read extensively both assigned and self-selected books, non-fiction articles, practice various types of writing, and emphasize clear communications skills through listening and speaking. The course includes direct instruction, hands-on activities, and projects.
