Order VEX IQ Fields and/or Game Elements WITH Paid Registration

If you have a paid registration with VEX/GRSF for the 2026-2027 season, follow the directions under Order Robots, Parts, and Everything Else VEX IQ (below) since your account does not have purchasing restrictions.

Order VEX IQ Fields and/or Game Elements WITHOUT Paid Registration

If you DO NOT have a paid registration with VEX/GRSF for the 2026-2027 season:

1. Email Tiffany Ermenc (termenc@alvinisd.net x8015) which item(s) you wish to purchase:

   • Competition Field Kit SKU#: 228-7396

   • Game Element Kit SKU#: 228-9258

2. Tiffany will generate the Quote and email it to you.

3. Email the Quote to your Campus Secretary for processing*. You will need to let your Campus Secretary know which account (865 or 461) will be charged for this order. (You should use 461 funds for equipment purchases when possible.)
   * If you normally do your own purchasing, follow those procedures.

Once you have the PO:

1. Email the AISD PO to Tiffany so that she can place the order for you.

Order Robots, Parts, and Everything Else VEX IQ

1. Log into your VEX account.

2. Add the item(s) you wish to purchase to your Cart.

3. Click the Cart icon at the top right of the page.

4. Click Generate Quote.

5. Enter the Shipping Address:

Name: <Your Name>

Company: <Your Campus>

Street Address: 2200 Stapp Maxwell Bldg B

Alvin, TX 77511-2783

Phone: <Your Campus Secretary's number>

6. Click the link that says "If your billing address is different from your shipping address, please click here."

7. Select your Shipping Method.

8. Click Next.

9. Payment Method should be Generate Quote.

10. Enter the Billing Address:

Name: Accounts Payable

Company: <Your Campus>

Street Address: 301 E House St

Alvin, TX 77511-3545

Phone: <Your Campus Secretary's number>

11. Check the "I accept VEX Robotics' Terms & Conditions" box.

12. Click Generate Quote.

13. Email the Quote to your Campus Secretary for processing*. You will need to let your Campus Secretary know which account (865 or 461) will be charged for this order. (You should use 461 funds for equipment purchases when possible.)
    * If you normally do your own purchasing, follow those procedures.

Once you have the PO:

1. Have a PDF of the AISD PO on your computer.

2. Log into your VEX account.

3. On the left side, click My Quotes.

4. Find your Quote, then click Order.

5. Click Proceed to Checkout.

6. Ensure the appropriate Shipping address and Shipping Method are selected.

7. Click Next.

8. Payment Method should now be Purchase Order.

9. Ensure the appropriate Billing address is selected.

10. Enter the PO Number from the AISD PO.

11. Upload the PDF of the AISD PO.

12. Check the "I accept VEX Robotics' Terms & Conditions" box.

13. Click Place Order.
