We are glad you are interested in becoming part of the Orchestra!

Orchestra is currently only offered at one Alvin ISD junior high campus: Nolan Ryan Junior High. If your child is not zoned for this campus, Orchestra is still an option for your child if you submit a transfer request and it is approved .

NOTE: This is a multi-step process, and can be started by filling out the form on the transfer page. If you are granted the transfer, you would be required to provide transportation to the new home campus.

Step 1: Fill out the transfer form

Step 2: Enroll your child into their HOME campus

Step 3: Once they are enrolled, Admin will initiate the transfer process to Nolan Ryan JH.

Step 4: Once their enrollment at NRJH becomes active, THEN the request for Orchestra is added. Note: The addition of Orchestra happens LAST. You might need to add another available elective until this process is done. Not to worry, with the info on this form, I know to expect your child's enrollment in Orchestra, and it will be changed once they are active here at NRJH.
