Involved in the design, execution, and commissioning of hydrodynamic testing facilities Coordinator- Up-gradation of testing facilities like wave flumes and basins of the Department of Ocean Engineering, IIT Madras. As head of the department during 2003-06 involved in the overall coordination of the activities of the department, commissioning of new facilities, acquiring of sophisticated instruments and measuring equipments, involved in Erasmus Mundus program of the European Commission under Action 3. Instrumental in preparing the proposal for establishing the National Technology Centre for Ports, Waterways & Coasts (NTCPWC) which now very active solving a variety of coastal, port related problems in Discovery Campus
Warden, Godavari Hostel, I.I.T. Madras from 1 March 2003 till 30 July’04, which houses about 300 students with boarding facility.
