Infinite Campus Parent Portal

ALL NEGATIVE LUNCH BALANCES ARE DUE ASAP

Effective Immediately: If a student has a Negative Balance nearing or is over (negative ten dollars) - $10, they will not be able to purchase a hot lunch or milk.

If Your Student Owes Past Lunch Account Balances

Each student has a lunch account that their lunches can be charged to daily. Money should be deposited into the account prior to Pre-Ordering Lunches. Families are welcome to pay as far in advance as they would like. All accounts are expected to be paid in full each day.

Pre-Order Hot Lunches

Hot Lunches are pre-order ONLY and cannot be ordered/added the day or week that the lunch is served.

Monday and Wednesday Lucy's Pizzeria Hot Lunch Prices are $2.75 and come with an X-Large New York slice of pepperoni or cheese pizza, a side salad with ranch, and a milk.

Tuesday and Thursday we do not provide hot lunch. Please BRING A LUNCH FROM HOME.

If your child forgets their lunch from home, we do have a cold lunch option to PURCHASE at the school which includes a sandwich (PB&J), a side, and a milk. At this time, we do not have an alternate lunch for peanut allergies. The charge is $2.40.

We will do our best to keep these prices; however, when costs rise on our end from our vendors, we have no choice but to increase them. Thank you for your understanding.

Online Payments

You have the convenience of using Infinite Campus Online Payments. This is a reliable and secure payment processing solution that allows you to submit food service fees 24/7 via the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Payments can be made for one child or the entire household with credit/debit card.

Through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal you can log on to view individual or family meal account balances. If the accounts have outstanding charges you will not be able to charge lunches.

Credit/Debit card payments click here (Must have a Parent Log in for Infinite Campus Parent Portal.) Lunch money in the form of a checks can be dropped off in an envelope to the front office. Checks should be made payable to Alturas International Academy. Please include the student(s) first and last name with all payments. Money will be divided evenly among families with multiple students if indicated.

To access the Infinite Campus Parent Portal a parent/guardian should have received an email with log on information. Charges for lunches not picked up

If your student forgets and does not pick up their hot lunch, they will be charged. We have to pre-order lunches and we still get charged. If your student is not at school and is excused absent the day of, your student will not be charged. Your student must be verified prior to lunch being served that day.

How to Access the Parent Portal

IMPORTANT REMINDER:

• Hot Lunches MUST be PRE-ordered via the Parent Portal

• Pre-orders are due Thursday at 12PM (Noon) the week before.

• Lunch orders CANNOT be made at the school.

• Lunch orders are unable to be canceled online. If you need to cancel an order/orders, please call the front desk or send us an email.

• Lunch Payments and Balance inquires should be made through the Parent Portal

IF YOUR CHILD DID NOT ORDER HOT LUNCH:

• Students must bring a lunch from home.

• If student forgot lunch, COLD LUNCHES are available for purchase for $2.40. This includes a Milk, a PB & J sandwich and a side.

PRE-ORDERING HOT LUNCH INSTRUCTIONS:

• Parent Portal

• Select SCHOOL STORE from the left menu side

• Click on SHOP

• Click on PRODUCTS

• Your choices for days and meals will come up

• (To view a description of the lunch for that day click View)

• Choose the meal desired for each day

• Pick the RECIPIENT (your student's name) in the drop down menu.

• ADD TO CART (Total Price will amount to $0.00)

• Submit the items in the cart

• You will receive an email with your receipt of the chosen Pre-Order days

• Student's account will be charged on the day of food pickup

• If you already ordered for that particular day, it will not show up as an option for you to re-order

You will need to do this individually for each student
