LUNCH BALANCES:

Please check your students' accounts to pay off all negative balances. We appreciate your understanding and prompt payments as this school year comes to a close. Please call the office or send us an email if you have any questions or concerns. 208.522.5145 / pyp@alturasacademy.org

All positive balances will carry over to next school year. If your student will be attending APA, the money can be transferred over or transferred to a sibling here at AIA.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOUR CHILD HAS ORDERED A LUNCH ON A DAY THEY WILL BE GONE ON A FIELD TRIP, YOUR STUDENT WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR HOT LUNCH THAT DAY. WE WILL NOT ORDER HOT LUNCH FOR THEM. However, THEYDO NEED TO BRING A COLD LUNCH.

Lunch Update! Hot Lunch Orders Are Open Now Through the end of school. Orders MUST Be Pre-Ordered each Thursday for the upcoming week before 12PM (NOON) through your Parent Portal. If you experience issues while ordering or aren't sure if your order was received, please don't hesitate to reach out to the office.

We will do our best to keep these prices, but if our vendors raise theirs, we will be forced to raise ours. Thank you for your understanding.

If your student is present and does not pick up their lunch for whatever reason, they will still be charged for that meal. Students who are not verified absent before lunch will also be charged.


Please send a cold lunch with your child if they did not PRE-ORDER hot lunch. Hot lunch pre-orders are due every Thursday by noon prior to the lunch week. If student forgets their lunch, a school cold lunch is available for purchase. We will not let your student go without a lunch. If we have extra hot lunches available that day from students who are absent, we may offer it to your student. Please let us know if this will NOT be ok with you. Thank you.
