Judges

SETTING YOUR AVAILABILITY AND PREFERENCES

• If you have been asked to judge, you will be added to the system asked to log in to list your availability and preferences.

• You will have to do this for District Festival and then again for State Festival

• Log into Knack with with your email and password 12345 (unless you have changed it)

• Click on the “My Info [District Judge]” or the "My Info [State Judge]" tab and complete all information

• If you can't log into the judging system, contact the school or sponsor you usually work with or trumbauer@altheatre.org 

• When you register in knack, it will disply your ACT background check statue. If you need to complete or update, CLICK HERE

BEFORE COMING TO FESTIVAL

• CHECK YOUR ASSIGNMENT

  • Log into knack to check your assignment to make sure it is one you are comfortable with and willing to judge

  • Let us know ASAP if there is an issue.

• SECURE AN INTERNET READY DEVICE:  Laptop, chromebook, iPad, etc. and Charging cable. 

  • Test out using your phone as a hot-spot device in the case of trouble connecting to the Host Facility Wifi

  • Bring your Charger. It may be use to bring an extension cord to reach to outlet

• BRING A NOTEBOOK in event of emergency backup

• IF YOUR AVAILABILITY CHANGES: Let the District Chair or Festival Director know ASAP.  Log into knack and change it there also.
