Step 3 Interview by school administrators

Step 4 Payment of Enrolment Fee

Step 5 School ID picture taking

Step 6 Secure admit pass from the Registrar's Office

Report Card, (Form 137)

*Ixl picture on white background (2 pcs. - studio shot)

*TESDA passport-size picture on white background wearing formal collared blouse or polo with digital nameplate (6 pcs.- studio shot)

*TESDA Certificate on Practicing COVID-19 Preventive Measures in the Workplace. (Finish the online course and download the certificate at www.e-tesda.gov.ph/.)

*X-ray result/certificate
