Important Info

ALHS Orchestra Students & Parents,

Please read the following information very carefully and be sure to add these dates to your calendar.

Wednesday, May 4th, 8:30 AM-1:45 PM: Cleveland Orchestra Field Trip

Permission forms are due no later than this Friday, April 29! If you are available to chaperone, please reply to this email. I need at least 2 other adults (we are taking 3 buses).

Friday, May 6th, 6:00 PM: ALHS Orchestra Awards Reception (HS Commons)

This event is free, but we need an accurate head count for refreshment planning purposes. All ALHS Orchestra students, their parents & immediate family are invited. Seniors will be recognized, along with section leaders, officers, section of the year, and most improved students. Please RSVP here no later than Friday!

Thursday, May 12th, 7:00 PM: ALHS & Learwood Spring Concert (PAC)

Students need to arrive by 6:30 PM for tuning. Seniors are permitted to wear something other than their concert uniform, but it needs to be primarily black. Please ask Mrs. Kulikowski if you have any questions.
