The ALS Print Shop provides service for all ALS Member Libraries of all types and their associated Friends of the Library groups. To place an order with the Print Shop, use one of the three forms linked here. Filling out one of these three forms is the official and preferred way to place orders with the Print Shop - thank you for your assistance!

ALS Free Printed Resources Form
The ALS Print Shop creates print promotional items for databases and resources available to all libraries and communities in our region. Any ALS Member Library can place an order using the printed resources form and materials will be printed and shipped to your location, free of charge. This form includes links to free printed materials from Minitex and State Library Services. Materials are periodically updated, so check the item dates and the New section of the form for the most recent additions.

ALS Automated Horizon Libraries Form
The ALS Print Shop provides printed materials for libraries automated with the Integrated Library System Horizon. The form below includes a custom NEMIDS delivery slip order, and details about ordering library cards and library barcodes for libraries that use Horizon as their ILS. Library cards and delivery slips are free to order, and library barcodes are ordered at cost.

Print Shop Custom Order Form
The ALS Print Shop can print, copy, cut, laminate and create original design work for all ALS Member Libraries of all types and their Friends of the Library groups. Print Shop services are available at cost to these organizations, but pricing may be more cost effective than traditional print shops. To place an order with the Print Shop, or ask about Print Shop possibilities, follow the following three steps:
1. Before filling out the Print Shop form, consider the following information that we’ll need to an accurate quote for your project:
Color or black and white printing?
How many copies will you need?
What size is your project? Is assembly needed?
When do you need your project delivered?
Be ready to upload any images, pictures, or files you need for your project.
2. When you have the above information, fill out the Custom Print Shop Form (linked below). If fields in the form do not apply, please use N/A or not applicable. You can fill out the form for ideas, as filling the form does not incur a cost by itself.
3. Wait 3-5 business days for a quote for your project, or for contact from the Print Shop about your project. More details about the Print Shop’s services and estimated pricing can be found below.
