Simple questions to ask yourself?
Am I getting enough sleep? Studies show you need 9 1/4 hours of sleep a night on a consistent basis!
Am I eating a healthy diet and are you drinking enough water?
What do I do for exercise, hike, go for a walk, run, bike, play sports etc. etc.? Mild to moderate exercise can reduce stress and increase your well- being.

TEEN/ADOLESCENT COPING SKILLS
Mental Health Crisis: There's no question recent events taught us that we all need healthy outlets to manage stress. We all recognize the urgent need for teens to find solutions to regulate emotional needs. This class offers practical and effective coping strategies.
Recreational Therapy: A Certified Recreational Therapist Specialist (CTRS) will teach this class. Using evidence based practice, participants will learn to implement coping skills to use daily when feeling overwhelmed, find connection and trust in relationships, and explore meaningful ways to spend time.
