Simple questions to ask yourself?
Am I getting enough sleep? Studies show you need 9 1/4 hours of sleep a night on a consistent basis!
Am I eating a healthy diet and are you drinking enough water?
What do I do for exercise, hike, go for a walk, run, bike, play sports etc. etc.? Mild to moderate exercise can reduce stress and increase your well- being.
Mental Health Resources
Call 1-833-723-3326 or 988 and get help from a stabilization and mobile response team. Trained, caring professionals can provide free services at your home or virtually. Yuu can call for help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
