Six Internet Safety Tips for Kids
Never give out your name, home address, age, phone number, school name, or any other personal information to strangers online.
Don't give out your password to anyone, either online or offline.
Never talk to strangers online. If someone tries to talk to you then tell your parents immediately.
Never agree to meet an online friend in person. Tell your parents or a trusted adult if an online friend wants to meet with you.
Don't email pictures of yourself to strangers online.
Never accept things from strangers online such as; emails, files, pictures, or web links.
If someone says or does something online that makes you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, tell an adult right away.
