Hope everyone had a wonderful spring break! I gave out a challenge to all my PE students at Freedom and I wanted to make sure you were included. The challenge is to create a new game for us to play during PE at Freedom. This is optional and after I get all the entries I will pick one new game for each grade level. You can email me your new game idea at aroyer@alpinedistrict.org I need lots of details and all the rules and equipment listed out. Make sure the directions are easy to understand. I have basically any equipment you can think of so if your game needs equipment to play with make sure you include it. If you want to email me your game idea I need it by May 1!

Welcome to PE online! I will update this PE website every Monday and post ideas/activities for you to be active each week. It is important to move your body everyday and the most important thing to remember is to have fun! You can do my activities that I post here or you can come up with your own idea to get your body moving. If you play a sport that's awesome. If you play a game that gets your body moving and exercising that's great! Share your ideas with me at aroyer@alpinedistrict.org or email me if you have any questions.

Try to move everyday but for PE this year it's at least 30 minutes once a week.

*This week's activity is a list of ideas. Try them all or just try a few. Just get your body moving and have fun! Come up with an idea that isn't listed that you like to do.
