The map should fill most of the space I have given you on page 3 of the British Colony Simulation packet. It should include these things:

• The name of your colony should be written at the top of your map

• A compass rose

• Cities or towns - you can include as many as you would like, but make sure that you name them all. Make sure you have a capital city!

• Your natural resources - use the map on my website to help you. These must be placed accurately!

• Show roads and ports - these should connect to your resources and to your cities and towns

• Include a key or a legend for the symbols you have created on your map

• This should be drawn to the best of your ability

If you would like to do this map in an electronic format, please do so. If you did create the map digitally, please check the box on page 3 of the British Colony Simulation packet.
