2026 Content PD Day

• May 26, 2026, 8am-2pm @ Skyridge High School

• 7 HOURS OF PD

  • • • One PD Day is equal to seven hours.  

      • You will complete six hours by attending the May 26th content day.  

      • One hour will have to be completed on your own in June.

      • In June, there will be two google forms you need to complete. 

        • • One form will be the one hour reflection task. 

          • The other will be the ASD Forms for payment. 

• MAY 26 PD DAY (6 hours)

  • • • Attend the entire day

• REFLECTION TASK (1 hour)

  • • • When you open the reflection form, you will write 3-4 paragraphs responding to the question: 

        • • How will you continue the learning and vision established by ASD Social Studies in your new district, both in your classroom and in your role as a colleague (e.g., teacher, CTL, team member)?

The DBQ Project

• Full day, district will cover sub

• Training provided on quick write strategies and implementing a full DBQ in your classes
